  1. I really loved the Dr. Suess books.
But my favorite book as a kid, it may not be for babies, was a book called Mouse Soup. It was little short stories in one book. It was really sweet, and it taught life lessons. Some of the morals were be nice to everyone, or stay out of bad situations. It was good.

  3. Favorite Tater Tot book-Bartholomew Cubbins and his ??? Hats, because the kid had so many hats and he just couldn't get them off. It was about a little boy who had a bazillion hats underneath his main one, and the main thing I remember was the king yelling at him to take off his hat. This is a book I will read to Katie (Future Daughter) and/or Oliver (Future Son) because it is so funny, interesting, and mind boggling.

  4. Green eggs and ham. I like that book cause it shows free will. It lets him show that he doesn't have to like green eggs and ham if he doesn't want to. The main thing is how the person /cat/thing in the book does not want green eggs and ham.I would share this with my children in the future, i know they would probably not pay attention.

  5. My parents never read to me so I had to read to my self. The name of the book is called Giant Children. I loved that book because it has these funny little poems. I remember this one poem in the book about stinky little brothers because I had recently become a big sister to a stinky little boy. Yes I would want to share that book with my children because I love that book and so might they.

  6. Harold and the Purple Crayon was definetly my favorite book of my childhood. If you have never read this book. Go get it now. I liked this book because it always made me wonder what I would do if I had a purple crayon that could create anything, and make it come to life. The main thing I remember about this book is when Harold makes a lion but it scares him so he runs away. I'm not sure why I remember this part, but i do. I probably will show my kids this in the future because this book is awesome.

  8. Green Eggs and Ham was what I thought was the best because no matter what or were he went he wouldn't give up on asking him to try green eggs and ham and the best part was when he tries them and absolutely loves them.

  9. Oooh oooh ohh!!! JUNIE B. JONES!!!! ONE FISH TWO FISH!!!!! Those are my two favorite potatoe-kid-friendly books ever!! No I would never share these books with my kids, because their mine, and plus i won't have kids until the very far future, so books probably won't exist then.

  10. I LOVED THE JUNIE B. JONES SERIES! I loved this book because it was so simple and so good! The reason I remember this series is because her best friend was named Grace! That's my name!!! "I Love You Forever" is such a fond memory to me because my nana would read that to me ALL THE TIME! Every time she read it to me, she would cry and so would I. The Geronimo Stilton series was also my favorite because of the way the text was different colors and it was very interactive!
    And so many more!!!

  11. When I was a tater tot, I used to love all books, but Winnie the pooh stories were some of my favorite. It's so cute! And I used to love the illustrations that went along with it. Another one of my favorites was Tom and Jerry's birthday party, or something along those lines. I still have the beat up old thing on my bookshelf now, although I don't imagine I'll read it again soon... I loved the Littlest Angel, about a girl in a christmas padgent. And it's also been read to death. The taped spine speaks for itself. :)

  12. I liked Dr. Suess Green Eggs and Ham.(:
I liked this book because it was funny, and the pictures inside the book were pretty cool. It also made me want some green eggs and ham, too.(:
The main thing I remembered was that the book rhymed, and the green eggs and ham made me sooo* interested.(:
Yes, because I want them to get interested into green eggs and ham, too.

  13. There was a book about a girl who turned to different colors and designs (i'll comment the name of the book later! it slipped my mind at the moment). she wanted to fit in, so even though she looveedd lima beans, she wouldn't eat them because her friends didn't eat them. one day, she woke up and had rainbow stripes. her mother called the doctor-well, i don't wanna spoil the book ;) the gist of the book is that its ok to be yourself and be proud of it!! and YES! i would read this book to my future offspring :)

  16. The Ten little monkeys jumping on the bed. I love this book because it was a fun book to read as if it was a song and was funny. It was about a mom who yells at her baby monkeys to stop jumping on the bed and they start getting hurt and then the doctor comes and they all go to sleep afterwards.
The main I remember is that it was fun to sing. I would love to share this with my children because it is fun and a good story to sing.

  17. The Cat in the Hat. I liked it because it shows events in the book that no one could ever do. It was about 2 kids who take their life for granted. This cat comes into their house and lets them do some fun stuff, but then they realize that fun was a little too much. And yes this is one book I will share to my kids someday.

  18. I have so many favorite books from my childhood so I will just choose one. Their used to be this really old green book and it was really big. It was Peter Pan and I always sat in bed reading it and looking at the pictures. I soon moved on from it but I still love Peter Pan:)

  19. Harry Potter was the one only book that was ever read to me before I could read by myself. My older brother use to read the first one to me until he got tired of it. He only read the first one though. I have always loved that series.
the only other one was Where the Wild Things Are.

  20. I absolutely LOVED the Little Critter books. They were just so cute, and honestly I would still read them. I always remember Little Critter would always end up in some sort of problem that his big sister would have to help with. Mainly, I remember the Little Critter Halloween book when he went trick-or-treating. I would share this with my kids, just because I loved it so much!

  21. Dr Seuss was- and will ALWAYS be- my ALL TIME fave author!
DR SEUSS OBTAINED 99 BILLION POINTS FOR WRITING AMAZING BOOKS
One of my faves were 'Green Eggs and Ham'. I was SO proud of reading it all my myself because I had EIGHTY-TWO PAGES! Woooooooaaaaah! Then I kept it on my nursery-school bookshelf for about 6 months then I remembered it was mine and I took it home. Green Eggs and Ham is about an inspirational fuzzy character who steadily encouraged a mentally insecure old ham to try an oddly-colored breakfast meal. I loved the part when the old man yelled to the heavens about where he would NOT eat green eggs and ham until they all landed in a lake and he eventually caved in and ate it. I also had my parents read it to me so many times they eventually got it on audio. ._.

  22. My favorite book from my childhood is called Louis Pasteur. He was a scientist that invented the way to pasteurize milk and invented the vaccine for rabies (if I remember correctly). I liked the book because it was funny and the "germs" (rabies) were little people marching and I just thought it was hilarious!!! It was about his discoveries. Also it was about a little boy that gets bitten by a dog with rabies and Louis Pasteur saves him. I mostly remember the little germs marching and the little boy. Yes, I want to share this book with my kids. 8D

  24. Oh my gosh my favorite childhood book would probably be Junie B. Jones. It was about this little girl who was in 2nd grade, and she went on these crazy adventures at her school. I loved it, because she was so like me!! I guess I could relate to her. There was about 20 books in the series, and I remember one night I stayed up all day, and all night reading the series I got at least half way through the series. If my future child is anything like me, I would totally read it to her!!

  25. I used to like the magic tree house series. My first grade teacher read all the books out loud to the class. That's what made me to start liking it. It was about a brother and a sister going on different missions. They would look at a picture inside of a book and go to that place. I wouldn't share the book because future generations probably wouldn't be able to relate to the stuff happening in the book. A lot of the stuff in the world right won't be used anymore. Tree houses wouldn't be that popular and now books are being replaced with e-books and stuff

  26. My favorite book as a kiddo was definitely... Those Mrs.Piggly Wiggly books.. I used to love those! I thought they were soo funny! But, if my baby wants me to read this to them I will. It teaches you about little things like not to hit you brother and things like that!

  27. If You Give A Mouse A Cookie. I'm not really sure why I liked that book so much but I just loved it! It didn't really have any life lesson in it other then not to give a mouse a cookie, but it was a really cute book. I read it to kids I babysit too right before bed, and they seem to enjoy it just as much as I did.

  28. My favorite book was called Ghosts and Whiches, it was just a bunch of little stories put together, but the story i remember most is a story of a little ghost who made friends with some random animals. And if the copy of the book i have survives, then yes i would share it with my kids.
